Chainsaw - Band in 1994

In 1994 I did some sessions in Skips Music Weekend Warrior. I then funded going to Enharmonic Studios and recording some of our original songs, including "Global Pillage" which I had composed.

The engineer Eric Broyhill at Enharmonic told me that the vocal mic I was using is the same that had been used by the Moody Blues to record "Nights in White Satin." A few years later I saw the article about Moody Blues founder Mike Pinder, now living in Auburn, California.

Global Pillage is composed and sung by Kim Berry, and performed by the band Chainsaw in March 1995. The song is based on the chapter of the same title in Garrett Hardin's book "Living Within Limits."
