Christmas 2002 Supplement

Family Update
Great grandma is now 94. She was featured in a Sacramento
Bee article about Oak Park. Stephen is 13 and Stephanie is 15.
Appeals
Allow me to introduce Judge Mize. He was a divorce attorney until
"governor show me the money
Davis" appointed him. Now
he makes rulings consistent with the policy of full employment of
his former associates. He sanctioned me $5400 in family court for filing a
non-family court complaint in civil court after my divorce case was final. When I appealed his
order, he
sanctioned me another $4000. In June they executed a levy, cleaning out my
checking and savings accounts, and freezing my ATM. Judge Mize is the biggest
thief I've encountered in my life. To find out what I really think of family
court, see my Family Injustice
page, and review my appeal
briefs.
The 12/19/2002
Sacramento News and Review profiled Mike Newdow's constitutional challenge
to Mize's denial of shared custody of his only child - and Family Court's manta
of "best interest of the child" which judges use to justify their
tyranny.
H-1B Visas
Since March 2000 - when the dot-com bubble burst, the IT job market dropped
by 500,000 workers. Nonetheless, in October 2000 congress increased the number
of foreign visas to 195,000 annually, with no protection for American workers.
Employers are free to hire foreigners without advertising or considering
American candidates. Congress even permitted them to lay off Americans and
replace them with foreigners - provided they wait 90 days. Details on my Report
to Congress page. Everyone please contact your congressman on this issue,
and email this page to all the tech workers you know.
My girlfriend and car
I have been seeing Tess since May 2001, and I got this car in June 2001. Last
summer I spent $800 on a new stereo, including a Bazooka
tube subwoofer, which makes the bass amazing.

In high school I had a 1968 Dodge Charger 440 magnum. I see my car is back in
favor. It was featured in The Fast and The Furious. Joe Dirt had one, and
now in the Dodge pickup, "That thing got a hemi?" commercial.
Speaking
of movies, 'Rock Star" was my favorite movie I saw this year.
