Evil's Toy never ceases to amaze me. Very over-looked (I hesitate to
use the word under-rated) and very talented band. Both Illusion and
Transparent Frequencies just smoke.

I'm not too keen on Hyperdex-1-Sect (Don't flame me, Jeremy) but
Hexedene seems to strike a chord with me. Pun intended. I'm not big
on Coldwave, but this I like.

Six Sigma is also quite good, which was serviced to me out of the
blue. I love this disc.
 
I'm sure everyone has a long list of bands they feel are very 
under-rated. This, naturally, is a matter of opinion.
