Day trip to Taal Volcano

The day before the wedding we took a taxi ride to Taal Volcano, with me and Aurelia in the back seat. The taxis were small like Toyota Corolla – unlike the taxis in the U.S. This is the cab we took - the driver is in white t-shirt with hands crossed - and Aurelia is in the back seat:

It was nice scenery out of town (although today it’s probably shanty-towns now due to population growth). We had lunch at a nice resort overlooking the volcano, and during lunch the performers got me up to do tinikling “stick-dance.” We took several photos overlooking the volcano:
